Delivery, Returns & Cancellations

Standard Deliveries:

All items are posted next working day.

Goods are now shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class, due to the recent price increases.

Occasionally items may be shipped in recycled padded envelopes and/or with recyclable promotional leaflets for events I am am attending.

Shipment Times:

UK & NI - 3-5 working days 

Europe -  7-10 working days

USA -  7-14 working days

Australia / New Zealand -  10-15 working days 

Everywhere else  -  10-21 working days 

Please note that the above are Royal Mail delivery estimates and there may be delays when sending items via Air Mail. 

Customers are responsible for any import duties to be paid as requested by your country.

Drop Shipments:

If you would like to order an item as a gift, I am only too happy to wrap it up all pretty and post directly to your chosen recipient. Please let me know in the comments section when ordering.

Failed Deliveries:

Should your order be returned to me due a failed delivery (for eg - you have been carded but not arranged re delivery) then I shall contact you to arrange reposting. However - this will incur a surcharge of £5.

Unfortunately I am unable to offer refunds for this type of return if you then decide you no longer want the piece. 

Returns:

Please contact me within 3 days of delivery in the first instance.

Although I am confident you will be thrilled to bits with your one of a kind handcrafted goodies, I appreciate that minds can change. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply send me an email within 14 days and we shall arrange return and refund.

Unless faulty or mis-shipped, returns are the responsibility of the buyer. I would always recommend sending items back via Recorded Delivery & obtaining proof of return.

Pieces must be in their original condition. Any difference or defects will be deducted from the refund.

Earrings & Commissioned items are non-returnable.

Order Refusal:

I reserve the right to cancel any order at any time & to issue a full refund. This will usually be due to - but not solely because of - a double ordering glitch where 2 customers check out at the exact same time. All orders are time stamped - so in these cases the first to purchase will receive the order.
